
Achari Asparagus

Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp cooking oil
- ½ tsp each cumin seeds nigella seeds, mustard seeds
- ¼ tsp each fenugreek seeds and saunf fennel seeds
- 3 cloves garlic sliced
- 1 bunch Ontario Asparagus chopped into ½ inch pieces
- ½-¾ tsp chili flakes
- ½-¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- Lemon
Instructions
- Heat oil in a saute pan or wok
- Add your seeds, sizzle for 30 seconds and add your garlic
- Cook until your garlic is lightly golden
- Add in your chopped asparagus, chili flakes, salt, and turmeric.
- Saute for 6-8 minutes on medium high heat until tender crisp
- Squeeze in a little lemon juice, adjust seasoning to taste and dig in!
