Achari Asparagus

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 tbsp cooking oil
  • ½ tsp each cumin seeds nigella seeds, mustard seeds
  • ¼ tsp each fenugreek seeds and saunf fennel seeds
  • 3 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 bunch Ontario Asparagus chopped into ½ inch pieces
  • ½-¾ tsp chili flakes
  • ½-¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a saute pan or wok
  • Add your seeds, sizzle for 30 seconds and add your garlic
  • Cook until your garlic is lightly golden
  • Add in your chopped asparagus, chili flakes, salt, and turmeric.
  • Saute for 6-8 minutes on medium high heat until tender crisp
  • Squeeze in a little lemon juice, adjust seasoning to taste and dig in!
