Ingredients

cooking oil

each cumin seeds
nigella seeds, mustard seeds
¼
tsp
each fenugreek seeds and saunf
fennel seeds
3
cloves
garlic
sliced
1
bunch Ontario Asparagus chopped into ½ inch pieces
½-¾
tsp
chili flakes
½-¾
tsp
salt
¼
tsp
turmeric
Lemon
Instructions
Heat oil in a saute pan or wok
Add your seeds, sizzle for 30 seconds and add your garlic
Cook until your garlic is lightly golden
Add in your chopped asparagus, chili flakes, salt, and turmeric.
Saute for 6-8 minutes on medium high heat until tender crisp
Squeeze in a little lemon juice, adjust seasoning to taste and dig in!
