Asparagus Chili Crunch Ramen & Salmon
Bold flavours, tender Ontario asparagus, and a drizzle of chili crunch make this an easy dinner that feels anything but ordinary. The richness of the salmon pairs perfectly with spicy noodles and fresh seasonal asparagus.

salmon fillets

chipotle seasoning or chili seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste

Ontario asparagus, trimmed
2
packages ramen noodles
2
green onions, thinly sliced lengthwise
1
red chili pepper, thinly sliced
2
tbsp
chili crunch, or to taste
Instructions
Season salmon with chipotle seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook Ontario asparagus for approx. 5 minutes until tender-crisp and lightly charred.
Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain well.
Divide noodles between bowls. Top with salmon and asparagus.
Garnish with green onions and sliced chili pepper.
Finish with a generous drizzle of chili crunch and serve immediately.
