
Quick Stir-Fry Asparagus with Rice

Ingredients
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, minced
- 1 bunch Ontario asparagus, trimmed & chopped
- ¼ cup red onions
- ¼ cup green peppers
- ¼ cup julienned carrots
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 ½ cups cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Sauté garlic and ginger in oil until fragrant.
- Add asparagus, onions, peppers, and carrots. Cook on high heat for 3–4 minutes.
- Toss in soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Serve with rice enjoy.
