Quick Stir-Fry Asparagus with Rice

Ingredients

garlic cloves, minced

fresh ginger, minced
1
bunch Ontario asparagus, trimmed & chopped
¼
cup
red onions
¼
cup
green peppers
¼
cup
julienned carrots

tsp
soy sauce
½
tsp
black pepper
Salt to taste
1 ½
cups
cups cooked rice
Instructions
Sauté garlic and ginger in oil until fragrant.
Add asparagus, onions, peppers, and carrots. Cook on high heat for 3–4 minutes.
Toss in soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Serve with rice enjoy.
