Asparagus Pizza

Ingredients
½
lb
pre-made pizza dough

Ontario asparagus spears
Chose thicker spears so they are easy to peel!
1
cup
shredded mozzarella
¼
cup
soft cheese
Can use goat cheese, cream cheese, boursin
Olive Oil
Seasoning
Sea salt
Garlic powder
Oregano
Optional
Chili Oil for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475F.
Trim ends from asparagus. Then shave into thin ribbons use a Y-peeler, or chop it into bite sized pieces.
Form your pizza dough in a 10-inch pan (or just shape it in an oblong and place on a baking sheet).
Drizzle with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano.
Top with the cheeses and then the asparagus followed by a sprinkling of sea salt.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust looks golden and the asparagus looks charred.
Drizzle with chili oil and serve!
Notes
For a thicker pizza you can use 1lb of pizza dough and bake for 15-17 minutes.
